iXmatch Names Sheldon T. Fleck to Board of Directors

Long-time Venture Capitalist Invests in the Web-based Consultant Database

MINNEAPOLIS, Dec. 14 - iXmatch.com today announced that Sheldon T. Fleck has joined the company’s board of directors. Mr. Fleck is an angel investor in iXmatch.com, an Internet startup that matches available information technology (IT) projects at leading corporations with qualified independent IT consultants via its Web site www.ixmatch.com. Fleck has been actively engaged in venture capital activities since 1988. Between 1988 and 1996, he served as founder, officer and director of four companies: CE Software (Nasdaq: CESH), Gaming Corporation of America, Grand Gaming Corp. and Anubis II Corp. In total, these companies raised in excess of $50 million in private placements and more than $60 million in initial public offerings (IPOs). Fleck has also been involved in real estate and other business and corporate finance activities. He serves as a general partner in York Investments, LLP, a real estate syndication and management firm. From 1977 to 1982, he was an attorney with Gray, Plant, Mooty, Mooty and Bennett, a Minneapolis-based law firm. Fleck received a BBA from the University of Iowa, a juris doctorate from Drake University School of Law and a master of laws degree from New York University School of Law.
