iXmatch Names Monte Johnson to Board of Directors

Johnson sees Internet technology transforming IT professional services sector

MINNEAPOLIS, March 21 - iXmatch.com today named Monte S. Johnson, senior vice president, Pro Staff Personnel Services, to its board of directors. The appointment follows a strategic capital investment by Pro Staff to aid in the development of the company’s next-generation matching and ranking software engine and the expansion of iXmatch.com’s IT software development infrastructure.

Johnson handles the duties of chief financial officer and chief administrative officer, involving the areas of human resources, information technology, credit and treasury, finance and accounting, payroll and billing, as well as corporate and business development.

Prior to joining Pro Staff, Johnson was head of Global Business Development for GE Industrial Systems. Before that, he held several positions at Honeywell, including director of mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Honeywell, he spent 11 years with Deloitte and Touche. Johnson received an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, and a degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. He serves on the boards of the Indianhead Council of Boy Scouts of America, the Roseville Central Park Foundation, and the St. Paul Jaycees.
