Prakash has 22 years of management
experience in the consumer and high-tech industries. Most recently he was GM
of the Consumer and Retail Markets Software Business at Net Perceptions.
Prior to that, he was Director of Worldwide Strategy and Business
Development for Honeywell's Home & Building Controls division. He has had
successful business leadership and product management roles at Honeywell,
IBM, Pillsbury, and Unilever, and a unique consulting stint in Kiev with
Harvard University's Project for Economic Reform in Ukraine (PERU.)
He received a BS from Loyola College, Madras, India; a Business Management
diploma from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India; an MBA from the University of
Minnesota; and an MPA in Competitive Strategy from Harvard University.
Prakash serves on the advisory board of the University of Minnesota’s
Carlson School of Management Center for Entrepreneurial Studies. He is a
private pilot, and speaks Japanese and some Russian. Prakash was a
torch-runner for the Atlanta Olympics.
Prakash Puram, was appointed by President George W. Bush to the President's Export Council in Dec 2005.

Gopal has more than 20 years of experience as an IT consulting manager and project executive. He has managed consulting contracts for development and implementation of enterprise level IT projects at several leading companies, including American Express, IBM, 3M and AT&T. Sadagopal was instrumental in developing IBM’s Project Management Methodology (WSDDM) and has spoken at national industry conferences on effective project management techniques. Gopal received a BS in Civil Engineering from Madras University, India, a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering from the School of Mines and Technology, South Dakota, and an MBA from the University of Saint Thomas, Minnesota.

Prior to joining iXmatch, Dan worked for U.S. Bancorp, where: he managed the application architecture and asset-reuse
group for U.S. Bancorp; was responsible for the strategic development, infrastructure design and implementation of Web-based
applications; and was responsible for the enterprise business model, data architecture and reusable application framework
in Java, XML, HTML, DB2, CICS and Smalltalk (most of us don’t know what that all means either). Dan was also the owner
and president of Bork Consulting, Inc., providing distributed database solutions to Fortune 500 companies and Web-based
marketing databases for Internet companies. He is currently the leader of the HR-XML Competencies workgroup. Dan holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of
Wisconsin, Madison.

In addition to his role as iXmatch's chief scientist, George is an assistant professor in the department of computer science and engineering at the University of Minnesota and a principal investigator at the Army High Performance Research Center where he guides computational science research in areas of defense technology of importance to the Department of Defense. His research interests include graph partitioning - algorithms for multilevel clustering, multi-constraint partitioning, parallel repartitioning, circuit partitioning, datamining algorithms for classification of high-dimensional data, deviation detection, Web document classification, parallel processing algorithms and latency tolerant algorithms. George has written books, published journal and conference papers and has been invited to talk at labs of global prestige such as Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Argonne National Lab, and at Cray Research. He is the recipient of numerous grants from institutions such as NASA, National Science Foundation, Department of Energy, SGI/Cray and the Army Research Office. Masters students who have graduated under his supervision have been successfully placed at companies such as Synopsis, Intel and the DoD. His honors include first prize at the European Supercomputing Conference - Mannheim SuParCup 95, Cray Research Fellow (1995-96), and graduate school fellow at the University of Minnesota (1992-93). Dr. Eui-Hong (Sam) Han, Senior Scientist sam@ixmatch.com
Dr. Han received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, where his research covered data mining, information retrieval, parallel algorithms, and artificial intelligence. He has published numerous research papers and received awards and honors for his work, including a Cray Research Fellowship. Prior to joining iXmatch, Dr. Han was a research associate at the University of Minnesota in the Army High Performance Computing Research Center, and worked for SGI/Cray Research and IBM. He has been a principal investigator on a research grant SBIR project for the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) titled “Leadership Agent for Multi-source Information Fusion in Counter-Terrorism”. Dr. Han was the Tutorial Chair of the First SIAM International Conference on Data Mining in 2001 and a member of the organizing committee of the PAKDD workshop on Text Mining in 2002.
