iXmatch is a registered trademark and Best Bets, DCN, Dynamic Catalog Navigator, eXactly what you’re looking for, for mission-critical matching, iXanalytics, iXfind, iXhr, ixmatch.com, iXmetafind, iXnavigator, iXoptimizer, iXrecruiter, iXsupport, iXtrax, the iX icon, and the iXmatch logo are trade marks of iXmatch Inc. All other brand and product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.

iXmatch owns all of the rights to its software and intellectual property. All of iXmatch's software was developed by its software engineers and scientists, including Drs. George Karypis and Eui-Hong (Sam) Han. Although Dr. Karypis is an Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota, the University has no rights to any of iXmatch's software. A letter to iXmatch from the University of Minnesota's Patents and Technology Marketing Office states, "The University hereby acknowleges that it has no rights in the software technology."
