Sheldon Fleck
Mr. Fleck has been actively engaged in venture capital activities since 1988. Between 1988 and 1996 he was a Founder, Officer and a Director of four companies that raised in excess of $50MM in private placements and over $60MM in IPOs. He has been a Director of CE Software Holdings, Inc. since its founding in 1988 and was also President until its merger with CE Software, Inc. in 1990.

Kamala V. Puram, Vice President of IT, Water Technologies Group, Pentair, Inc.
After co-founding iXmatch Inc. in June 1999, Kamala successfully co-led the company through a tumultuous recession and the dot-com bubble period. In September 2002, Kamala stepped away from her role as VP of Sales, Marketing, and Finance. She continues to serve on the company’s board of directors. With over 20 years of experience managing IT employees in the service and manufacturing industries, she has had executive roles at H.B. Fuller Company, Northwest Airlines, and ReliaStar Life Insurance Company. Kamala implemented several global IT initiatives while managing contracting partnerships with consulting companies, and several outsourced IT consultants. She is presently Vice President of IT for the Water Filtration Product Division of the Pentair Corporation, a F500 company. She plays an active role in organizations that work to further technological advances. City Business honored Kamala as one of the Top 25 Most Innovative Women in the Twin Cities. Kamala has served as the Chairperson for the Edina School System's Technology Taskforce and as Regional Director for the Minnesota Chapter of Women In Technology International (WITI). She received a BS in math, physics, and chemistry from Mt. Carmel College, India, an MBA in finance from Andhra University, India, and a second MBA in MIS from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.

Ms. Vytlacil leads the Global Decision Sciences and Peppers & Rogers Group Consulting practices for Carlson Marketing Worldwide. As an acknowledged subject matter expert and advisor in analytics, measurement, and research that inform customer-centric strategies, the common themes across all her work are those of helping companies derive customer strategies to delivery on financial objectives and driving commercial value out of innovative analytics.

Robert B. Reich
Secretary Reich served on the iXmatch Board of Directors from the company's inception in June, 1999 to November, 2004. Mr. Reich was formerly the U.S. Secretary of Labor during President Clinton’s first term. Currently, he is a professor of Social and Economic Policy at Brandeis University, Waltham, MA. Mr. Reich is Chairman and co-founder of the weekly journal "The American Prospect", and a Director and Co-Founder of the Economic Policy Institute in Washington, D.C. Additionally, he serves as Director of the Citizens Trust, a socially responsible mutual fund, and is a Senior Fellow at the Center for National Policy in Washington, D.C.

Philip Soran
Mr. Soran served on the board from February, 2000 to December, 2004. He is currently the President and CEO of Compellent, a venture-backed network storage company. Prior to founding Compellent, he was President, CEO, and founder of XIOtech Corporation, which was acquired by Seagate Technologies in January of 2000. Prior to founding XIOtech, Mr. Soran served as Executive Vice President of Prodea Software, a developer of data warehousing and decision-support products and services that was acquired by Platinum Technologies. Before joining Prodea, Mr. Soran held a variety of technical, sales, and management positions including Branch Manager and Business Unit Executive with IBM.
