William J. Benjamin III
Mr. Benjamin is a Managing Director and a Regional Director for US Bancorp Piper Jaffray's Private Advisory Services business. Prior to his current role, Benjamin was Managing Director and member of the Technology Team / Web & Enterprise Software, U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray, where he focused on investment banking services for B2B Commerce, Web Applications, Internet Media and Enterprise Software companies. Prior to joining US Bancorp Piper Jaffray, Benjamin was a client manager at IBM, where he led marketing teams in the insurance and transportation industries. He graduated from St. Olaf College and received a master of business administration degree from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.

William P. Lanzon
Mr. Lanzon has served as a research analyst covering the enterprise software space for over 12 years. He is currently in charge of technology research at ABN Amro's LaSalle Bank. Prior to Joining LaSalle, Lanzon served as a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst in the enterprise software and services group at Ladenburg Thalmann. Prior to Ladenburg Thalmann, Lanzon served as a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst covering enterprise software at ABN Amro, ING Barings and Dain Rauscher Wessels. He also served as a Research Analyst in the enterprise software group for EVEREN Securities and A.G. Edwards. Lanzon received his undergraduate degree from Tulsa University, and his MBA from St. Louis University.
